This position will be responsible for managing two medical buildings in the Michigan portfolio and will work closely with the Regional Manager to complete various business coordinator functions. The role offers a balance between property management tasks and corporate business responsibilities, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. Primary Responsibilities: Property Management: Oversee contracts, tenant relations, and service responses Manage budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with fire/life safety regulations Provide 24/7 emergency response support Supervise project work and ensure timely completion Ensure compliance with safety standards and tenant needs Business Coordinator Functions: Track all contracts, projects, and team training Maintain master work logs and ensure all work submissions are up-to-date Oversee the tracking of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) training and corporate initiatives Qualifications: Entry-level position working under the supervision of a Regional Manager Experience in property management, medical management, hospital services, or medical practices preferred Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to travel to other properties and portfolios as needed (may require out-of-state travel) Advancement Opportunities: With hard work and strong performance, opportunities for advancement within the company may be available.
