Job Description: Property Manager (High-rise Luxury Building)
Responsibilities
The Property Manager is responsible for:
Managing the financial performance of the property, including oversight of rents, occupancies, and expenditures.Supervising resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to ensure maximum occupancy.Handling resident relations, including phone calls, requests, and concerns.Ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as federal and local regulations.Effectively managing, training, and counseling onsite staff.Overseeing daily leasing paperwork and ensuring proper completion of service requests.Analyzing monthly performance and budget projections, strategizing with the Regional Property Manager, and completing annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.Assigning and proofing all leasing paperwork.Auditing and consistently adhering to lease file policies.Performing additional duties as assigned.Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Property Manager role in our luxury high-rise building will have:
At least 2-5 years of experience in onsite property management, specifically in a luxury high-rise building.A bachelor s degree Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Experience with property management software and accounting software (experience with Yardi is a plus).The ability to review, understand, and report financial information.A solid understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner.Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.The physical ability to tour the community with clients, including walking the property and climbing stairs.A valid driver's license may be required for this role.
