Our client, a prominent real estate firm based in the Union Square area is looking to hire an experienced property manager on a direct hire basis. This individual will be responsible for the hands-on management of residential properties, ensuring exceptional client service and compliance with NYC regulations. Key duties include supervising building staff, managing capital projects, handling violations, and attending board meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of experience managing co-ops and condos in NYC
• Working knowledge of building systems, construction, local housing regulations, and relevant laws and contracts
• Microsoft Office

Preferences

• Experience with 32BJ labor hearings and arbitrations
• MDS Software
