The Property Manager will handle financial reporting, lease administration, and tenant relations, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports and annual budgets.
• Review and manage lease agreements and tenant billing.
• Foster strong relationships with tenants and address their needs.
• Collaborate with facility managers to ensure top-notch property maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of commercial/industrial property management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with property management software (MRI, Nexus) is a plus.
