Compensation: $70,000 - $115,000 per year. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and issues are addressed promptly.
- Foster positive tenant relationships, responding to inquiries and coordinating with relevant parties as needed.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and controlling expenses.
- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Support leasing activities by ensuring spaces are ready for occupancy and tenant transitions are smooth.

What You'll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of leasing, construction management, and tenant relations.
- Ability to manage multiple properties.
- Expertise with YARDI, MS Office, and remote management of properties in different states.
