Large HOA in Wilsonville, OR seeks Property Manager for part time position. Requires experience in property management or similar, written & verbal skills, organizational & computer skills, & customer service. Flexible schedule, work from own home/office.
We are an established Homeowner Association in Wilsonville, Oregon of 250 seeking to hire a Property Manager. This is an independent contractor position. Candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years property manager or similar managerial experience. The Property Manager shall be able to supervise the operations and administration of the Association in accordance with its policies and procedures. The manager interacts with homeowners, vendor, board members, committee members, and Association bookkeeper. Candidate must be professional, confident and provide great customer service.
Additional responsibilities of the position include: Attending one monthly evening board meeting and writing minutes of the meeting, preparing and delivering Board meeting packages, and maintaining the Association website. They will conduct onsite inspections to oversee routine and special project vendor management and to enforce the rules and regulations of the community. They will complete PUD/condo certifications and perform other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in professional HOA or Property Management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and computer skills
Must be very responsive and able to manage strong personalities
Must have strong customer service skills and a pleasant and professional demeanor
