DescriptionProperty Manager position available for a Manufactured Home Land Lease in Santa Fe, NM! Responsibilities include ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, overseeing daily operations, and cultivating a positive living atmosphere. We seeking an organized, customer-focused individual to manage resident services, property maintenance, team functions, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and effectively oversee community operations.Compensation: Salary Range:
  • $50,000 - $55,000 (experience-dependent)

ResponsibilitiesAs a Property Manager based in Santa Fe, NM, US, your primary duty will involve providing courteous service to residents, guests, and vendors, promptly and professionally addressing their requests.•You will be responsible for overseeing all community operations to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies at all times.•Managing resident move-ins and move-outs, which includes preparing necessary documentation and handling financial transactions, will be part of your daily tasks.•Supervising property maintenance and utility management to ensure the safe working order of all facilities, including water meters, will be under your purview.•Regularly conducting property and homesite inspections to uphold community standards and ensure residents' well-being will be essential.•Managing 3rd party contractors, coordinating bids, and supervising work to ensure satisfactory service delivery will be part of your responsibilities.•Handling communication with residents to collect delinquent rents, enforce community rules, and address complaints effectively is crucial.•Processing resident transactions, such as lease agreements, rental contracts, and notices for non-compliance or rent-payment demands, will be included in your daily responsibilities.•Recruiting, training, and overseeing on-site staff, evaluating performance, and making recommendations for promotions or disciplinary action are key aspects of your role.•Keeping accurate resident records in Rent Manager and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the NM Mobile Home Park Act and Owner Resident Relations Act, is vital.•Serving resident notices and managing Proof of Service documentation when necessary will be an important part of your responsibilities.•Adhering to company standards, enforcing policies, providing excellent customer service, and effectively managing time will be among your top priorities.•Cross-training for other assigned positions and serving as a backup when needed will be expected.•Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations is a critical responsibility.•Maintaining open communication with team members across departments to resolve issues and offer support will be part of your daily routine.•Strictly adhering to all safety guidelines and promptly reporting accidents is imperative for this role.Qualifications•The ideal candidate for the Property Manager position in Santa Fe, NM, US should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or the manufactured home industry.•Consideration may be given to individuals with alternative education and/or experience.•Previous experience in managing MH communities and proficiency in using Rent Manager software would be advantageous.•Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages, is a requirement for this role.•A strong ability to understand complex instructions, memos, and procedural manuals is essential.•Proficiency in writing simple correspondence and presenting information effectively in one-on-one or small group settings is necessary.•Excellent communication skills via phone, email, voicemail, and Teams are important.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and basic computer skills are required.•Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are necessary.•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities are key qualifications.•Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
