Tarantino Properties is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a small property (49 units), Big Spring Texas - Blue Sky Ranch Apartments. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager who is ready for the next step in their career. Strong sales experience is a huge plus! The Property Manager directly supervises the activities of all on-site employees and operates the property within the approved budget to achieve maximum occupancy. JOB DUTIES: - Physically inspect all common areas on the property daily to assure its peak readiness and appearance taking immediate action on unsatisfactory appearance problems.
