Are you looking to learn about property management and real estate investment while being a part of a hands-on, dynamic and collaborative team? We manage close to 1500 residential apartments and single-family homes across South Florida and we are seeking two organized and dedicated Property Managers who will oversee a portfolio of units in Palm Beach County and Broward County. This role involves managing multiple properties, requiring frequent driving and hands-on engagement with tenants and the properties themselves.
Duties
* Manage all aspects of the properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
* Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
* Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
* Collect rent, manage late payments, and handle operating expenses.
* Negotiate vendor and service provider pricing to maintain budget compliance.
* Inspect vacant units and assist in planning and overseeing renovations.
* Contract and supervise repairs and maintenance work.
* Assist with showings to minimize vacancy.
* Review applicant background screening results and make recommendations to mitigate risk.
* Prepare financial performance reports for properties.
* Perform other duties as necessary.

* 1+ years of residential property management experience is preferred but not required.
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
* Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Must thrive in an active, on-the-go environment and have reliable transportation to drive between assigned properties.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail) and property management software (Preferably Buildium).
* CAM License is NOT required.
