Responsibilities •Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers •Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions •Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner •Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property •Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes Qualifications •Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends •B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required •Great with people- warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone •Customer service or real estate sales background preferred •Basic understanding of MS Office
