WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Executes Resident retention initiatives to drive resident satisfaction and decrease turnover
  • Ensure quality control of make-readies and work orders
  • Strategic Planning
  • Maintain current knowledge of market trends
  • Prioritize preventative maintenance schedules & participate in capital project scopes
  • Conduct monthly analysis & reports
  • Develop & Implement projects and programs to reach community goals
  • Responsible for hiring, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in the multifamily industry as Property Manager.
  • Rehab experience at a class A property is preferred.
  • Yardi experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating, managing and monitoring property budget & financial reporting
  • Familiarity with various social media sites for marketing purposes
  • Experience with Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
