Pay: $28.85/hour (depending on experience)

Experience: Public Housing experience is a plus

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

HH Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Oversee operations, services, and activities of Housing Authority programs.
• Implement and ensure compliance with Housing Authority policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor maintenance operations related to residential housing.
• Supervise daily property management functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding Tax Credit housing programs.
• Performs supervisory. administrative and management function involved in property operations.
• Assist, confer with and advise new residents on lease requirements and responsibilities.
• Conduct or supervise applicants background check, interviewing prospective residents, etc.
