Position Summary:
The Property Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the property, including finding and placing qualified tenants and ensuring the property is in good working order. This position will be assigned to our newly acquired Property Regalia Bella Terra , Located in Katy, Texas.

This position is responsible for supervising Leasing Consultant(s) and collaborating with Maintenance employee(s).
Expected Hours of Work
Hours for this position will be 40 hours work week expectation. A Monday through Saturday work-week schedule may be expected. Physical presence at Magnolia properties is required to perform the duties of this position.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate (verbally and in writing), listen, and view documents (both on paper and electronically). The employee regularly uses hands to type, write and manipulate office equipment. This is a largely mobile role that requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. This role requires occasional operation of a motor vehicle. The employee is regularly required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment and residential multi-family units. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and field related equipment.
