DescriptionSingle Family Portfolio We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of property management and client satisfaction for an assigned portfolio of single-family rental properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A successful Portfolio Manager will effectively maintain our properties to a market-ready standard under the direction of Augusta Rental Homes procedures, while always ensuring a high level of service to residents and owners. Responsibilities •Manage an assigned portfolio of single-family rental properties •Handle resident and owner inquiries and escalations promptly and professionally •Work closely with the maintenance coordinator to ensure property upkeep and repairs are addressed efficiently •Coordinate with outside vendors for various projects and maintenance tasks •Meet with prospective clients and assess their fit for Augusta Rental Homes •Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations •Maintain accurate records in multiple online database management systems Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field •Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably with single-family homes •Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and landlord-tenant laws •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Proficiency in property management software •Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
