Our client is looking for a dynamic Manager! This is a temporary position for now, but who knows? It could develop into a permanent role within the company!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the community's curb appeal to meet company standards.
• Oversee applications and certify resident eligibility in compliance with LIHTC program guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience managing multi-site communities.
• Affordable Housing and LIHTC preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
