Join our team as a Property Manager and take the reins of our vibrant student housing portfolio Property Managers are the key point of contact for our residents, overseeing day-to-day operations of student housing communities. They manage leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and property financials, ensuring that each property provides a welcoming, well-maintained, and safe environment for students. Why Uptown? Opportunity to lead in a dynamic and growing sector Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental and disability plans 401(K) Retirement plan with 4% company match Paid time off, holidays, sick time, parental leave Profit-sharing Free Parking Employee recognition and appreciation events Opportunity to experience a fun, results-oriented, collaborative work environment Salary: $50,000 What you'll do: Oversee day-to-day operations of scattered student housing properties Focus on resident engagement, recruitment and retention Lead, motivate and manage a team, including payroll Collaborate with Leasing Team to maximize occupancy Manage maintenance work order management and follow up Work through resident disputes, violations, evictions as needed Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the properties AR/AP responsibilities Conduct routine property walks & asset inspections Create and execute monthly resident events What we're looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree preferred Previous Property Manager experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills, with a professional phone demeanor Resident focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service Microsoft Office Suite Rent Manager or other property manager software experience is a plus Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with property maintenance preferred Ability to adapt to change and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make sound business decisions HP PIef46e9e8235f-25448-#######4
