Property Managers are the key point of contact for our residents, overseeing day-to-day operations of student housing communities. They manage leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and property financials, ensuring that each property provides a welcoming, well-maintained, and safe environment for students.

Salary: $50,000
What youll do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of scattered student housing properties
- Focus on resident engagement, recruitment and retention
- Lead, motivate and manage a team, including payroll
- Collaborate with Leasing Team to maximize occupancy
- Manage maintenance work order management and follow up
- Work through resident disputes, violations, evictions as needed
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the properties
- AR/AP responsibilities
- Conduct routine property walks & asset inspections
- Create and execute monthly resident events
What were looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous Property Manager experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills, with a professional phone demeanor
- Resident focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Rent Manager or other property manager software experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with property maintenance preferred
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make sound business decisions
