We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PropertyManager to join our dynamic team to contribute to and support our growing portfolio.Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will bring an organized, customer-focused, and proactive approach to managing building maintenance, tenant relations, budgeting, and financial reporting. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards and ensuring long-term satisfaction for our tenants and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, including managing contracts, handling maintenance, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.Tenant Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, managing lease agreements, and facilitating move-ins and move-outs.Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports. Ensure rent collection and resolve any outstanding accounts.Maintenance and Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for regular maintenance, repairs, and property upgrades, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.Compliance: Ensure properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and identify necessary improvements. Qualifications: Experience: [3+ years] experience in commercial property management preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.Skills: Strong organizational, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.Technology: Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar) preferred.
