Property Manager We have an opening for a dedicated, hard-working person to join our Property Management team in LaSalle, IL.We have a fast-paced and diverse environment.Interested applicants should possess skills in some or all of the following: Leasing and lease enforcementUnit turnoverApartment showingsScreening applicantsDecorating, improvements and curb appealCoordinating, scheduling, completing required forms and paperwork, meeting deadlinesDwelling inspectionsPest management The ideal candidate is proficient with computers, presents a professional appearance, is both personally and professionally organized, a great communicator, a team player, and has a Can Do attitude. We need a person that has energy and initiative with follow-through. The ability to work with minimal supervision is a must.Additional consideration will be given to applicants who are certified in Public Housing Management with property management experience.We are offering full-time employment, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with excellent benefits. This position may have occasional after-hours phone calls or the need to respond to a problem.Applicants will be screened with a background check, drug screen (including cannabis), and driving history report.
