Manage a commercial property in Davis County within the Falcon Hill National Aerospace Research Park, featuring ~400,000 square feet of Class A office space leased to national defense contractors supporting the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent program at Hill Air Force Base. Collaborate with the Senior Property Manager to oversee all building functions, ensuring asset integrity, maximizing returns, and delivering exceptional customer service while fostering strong tenant/landlord relationships.Key Responsibilities:
- Property Operations: Maintain property integrity, manage building systems, and deliver exceptional tenant service.
- Tenant Relations: Foster strong relationships, manage secure access, and oversee tenant improvement projects.
- Building Management: Monitor HVAC and mechanical systems, coordinate preventative maintenance, and maintain as-built plans.
- Financial Oversight: Analyze budgets, manage CAM reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting.
- Vendor Coordination: Oversee service contractors, manage bids, and ensure timely project completion.
- Inspections: Conduct site, lender, and insurance inspections and address maintenance needs.
