Position Available: Property Manager

Location: Boston, MA

The Property Manager oversees all operations of a 150+ unit, Project Based Section 8/affordable housing property.

Well established owner/manager of a diverse portfolio of multifamily housing.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience as a Property Manager overseeing the operations for an affordable housing property consisting of at least 125+ units ideally.
• Must have Project Based Section 8 experience.
• Must be well versed in Microsoft Office as well as property management software's.
