Property Manager

Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The Property Manager will ensure that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial objectives are met. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of property management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Property Operations:

* Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.

* Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property upkeep.

* Tenant Relations:

* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and resolving disputes promptly.

* Manage tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, including lease agreements and move-in/move-out inspections.

* Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and property rules.

* Financial Management:

* Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting and financial planning.

* Collect rent, deposits, and other payments while maintaining accurate financial records.

* Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies where possible.

* Leasing and Marketing:

* Advertise vacant properties through various channels to attract potential tenants.

* Conduct property showings and manage the tenant screening process.

* Negotiate and draft lease agreements.

* Compliance and Documentation:

* Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

* Maintain organized records of leases, property documents, and financial transactions.

* Stay updated on relevant laws and industry standards.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

* Proven experience in property management or a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Understanding of local, state, and federal property laws and regulations.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Property Manager [CPM], Real Estate License) are a plus.
