Signet Real Estate Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations and drive occupancy, NOI, and tenant satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader with a customer-focused mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across leasing, resident retention, maintenance, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Leasing and Resident Relations:

  • Market and advertise available units through online platforms, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct property tours, manage lead follow-ups, and lease to qualified tenants.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents by resolving complaints, managing service requests, and enforcing rental agreements.

Financial Performance:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly budget variance reports to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Manage rent roll and ensure timely rent collection.

Property Maintenance:

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal appearance and functionality.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance work orders and emergency repairs in coordination with the maintenance team.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services.

Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate a team to maintain a collaborative and team-first environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a residential property manager.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while working collaboratively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal housing regulations.
