The Property Manager performs complex property management and leasing coordination duties to ensure maximum occupancy, successful residency, and program compliance using a high degree of independent judgment while working under minimal supervision. The Property Manager oversees a portfolio of properties located throughout the County that may include affordable & Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties as well as subsidized properties with Rural Development and Multi-Family assistance. The Property Manager also collaborates with case managers, internal division staff, and safety net community partners to ensure seamless and coordinated wrap-around services for residents, with the goal of creating healthy communities.This is a full-time, benefited position that will work Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with occasional after-hours as needed, due to the nature of the work to lease units or to resolve issues or problems. Flexible work arrangements may be available.This position will work remotely on occasion, with the majority of work is in office out of Lafayette.
