Job Description:
My client is looking for a Project Coordinator for their Lexington operations in South Carolina. Position Summary The Project Coordinators are responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the company including scheduling, managing employees, and customer service. The primary job function is to ensure all aspects of the daily routine are coordinated between departments and installers to ensure the schedule is met. Customer satisfaction is the most important gauge on work performance in this position. Effective and timely communication is a must About the company My client is a residential new construction plumbing company that works for the largest home builders in the nation. They are the fastest growing plumbing company in the market, and showing year-over-year growth. They provide quality installation for thousands of homes a year. Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling accurately & efficiently,while adhering to all company policies.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Ensure our Standard Installation Practices (SIP) are met.
  • On-call rotation. It's Monday-Sunday after-hours responding to emergency call ins.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of work assignments, job site notes and photos.
Required Qualifications
  • Two years' applicable experience preferred.
  • Strong PC & internet skills including all MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for customer service.
  • Strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently & problem solve.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work full-time from start 7:30AM until 5-5:30PM Mon-Fri.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information.
