About Our ClientThis Texas headquartered organization has a strong track record of success in the property management space across the retail sector. They own and operate mid-large size retail assets across the US.
Job Description- Development and implementation of operational specifications, tenant coordination, construction, service contracts of the retail property
- Develop and execute business plans, sales/marketing plans, annual operating budgets and/or forecasts.
- Monitor monthly operating statements and proactively manage potential under-performing assets
- Evaluate rent schedules and availability; make appropriate adjustments for market rates, rental concessions, or special incentives.
- Ensure tenant compliance with lease requirements including tenant/landlord responsibility for repairs and maintenance
- Inspect periodically to ensure compliance with all programs and policies
- Manage and oversee capital projects to ensure capital/renovation projects are completed within budget and benefit the financial goals of assigned properties.
- Manage all third party vendors - janitorial, engineering etc.

The Successful Applicant- 5 years of total experience in Property Management with a majority in the retail or related sector.
- Ability to read basic blueprints preferred.
- Experience managing and overseeing multiple construction/capital improvement projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
This is an on-site role Mon - Fri and must be able to operate a motor vehicle and maintain driver's license.
