ResponsibilitiesSupport hotel launch and pre-opening tasksWork a flexible schedule based on business demands and needsCoordinate and fulfill guest requests together with our remote Guest Experience teamSupport Housekeeping operations by assisting with linens and stripping roomsManage guest supplies & linen inventory and orderingInspect and stage units for guest arrivals; stock pre-arrival amenitiesHelp maintain the overall cleanliness of the propertyGreet guests and VIPs from time to timeSupport the GM by filling gaps on daily operations tasks Qualifications1+ years of guest facing customer service Previous experience in hotels or property management preferred Tech forward with experience working in multiple systemsSpeak, read and write fluently in English; Spanish is a plusCritical thinking; you can find out of the box solutions to drive resultsComfortable standing and/or walking at least 8 hours a dayBe able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance recblid y4r9dr83ly404gqaon1ul8mv7b42lh
