As the Property Portfolio Manager of Conventional housing, you will be responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of properties located in the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time position working 40+ hours per week and includes a vehicle allowance.Property Portfolio Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Fiscally and physically manage a portfolio of investment properties by providing superior customer service to owners and tenants
- Effectively communicate with provided leads and execute the sales process with potential new clients in order to grow the portfolio
- Manage the work order and vendor coordination for any needed repairs and turnovers
- Inspect the properties on a regular schedule and analyze the market for rental increases
- Communicate with tenants regarding visits to the property, inspections and/or work to be performed
- Manage past-due rent and file legal proceedings in accordance with Arbors Management policies and procedures
- Send 'Late' notices monthly for past-due accounts and attend court hearings for delinquent residents
- Communicate with property owners regarding repairs, issues and financials
- Be available after hours in the event of an emergency to coordinate the repair
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Property Management
- Knowledge of leasing, maintenance and financials
- Have current, or be willing to obtain, an active PA Real Estate Salesperson license
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Comfortable with sales
- Must have valid drivers license, insurance, and ability to travel to various properties in Pittsburgh, PA
Salary Description $60-65K plus commission
