Providing opportunities for others and maintaining excellence in education is the cornerstone of the company and has been from the beginning.About the Position:We are seeking a Full-Time Property Services Manager to join our Home Office Team on-site in Pottsville, PA! As a Property Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with facility repairs and maintenance in the corporate office and realty properties. The salary range for this position is $55,000- $65,000.00 per year.Job responsibilities include:
  • Review proposals, research repair solutions and alternatives, communicate with contractors and vendors and coordinate repair and maintenance services.
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule construction work, purchase materials, and participate in overall completion.
  • Complete project work, special projects, location closings, restoration projects, and other projects.
  • Complete facility repairs, construction, and project work on time while obtaining the lowest available pricing and ensuring quality results.
  • Determine and maintain financial budgets.
  • Record keeping and file management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Trade Field or Equivalent Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in or with mechanical trades; Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing
  • Possess analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Have a general understanding of trade labor and material costs
  • The ability to negotiate with service providers
  • Must be well organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Availability for occasional travel
