The Property Support Specialist rotates between properties in the Pillar Properties portfolio, providing key operational support as well as training and implementation of new software and initiatives. This critical role ensures the success of our properties and provides value to team members through your expertise and daily support. What You'll Do

  • Support different communities in a variety of situations, requiring a high level of adaptability, ownership, and leadership as required by the community's needs
  • Rotate between communities of varying sizes, types, and ages, adapting to nuances in policies, marketing efforts and business strategies at each location, requiring a high degree of independence, accountability, and an ability to work with varying levels of supervision
  • Interact directly with prospective and current residents
  • Handle traffic, lease apartments, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and procedures
  • Assist in administering leases, reviewing resident lease charges, enforcing lease compliance, and performing landlord obligations as directed by the Property Manager
  • Direct the day-to-day activities and property operations as assigned
  • Work with Regional Manager on special projects as assigned
Schedule Thursday - Monday 9 AM - 6 PM and is subject to change according to property and team needs What You Bring
  • Two years in leasing or assistant property management preferred
  • Travel as assigned between local properties with an ability to have a flexible schedule and work weekends
  • Knowledge of Yardi Systems Property Management Software required
  • CRM and RENTCaf Online Leasing experience preferred
  • BlueMoon - National Apartment Association Lease familiarity preferred
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and adequate car insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft's Office 365 Suite of products
  • Self-starter, ambitious, and thrives in a dynamic environment

Compensation
  • The base salary range for this position is between $30-$40 per hour and will vary based on skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future salary and career growth.
