About the Role
iCapital is seeking an Associate or Associate Vice President, Proposals Writer to join our growing Global Proposal Management team within the Firmwide Analytics ad Initiatives department. This individual will take charge of crafting compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other client inquiries. This role will help build a centralized RFP content library and proposal process globally. This individual will develop and build strong cross-functional relationships with Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Finance, InfoSec, Product and other subject matter experts. This role requires excellent writing skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has proposal experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
* Create compelling responses for assigned proposals, tailoring content to address client pain points and showcase the company's unique value proposition.
* Review and edit proposal responses for consistency and compliance.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders, to gather necessary information for proposals.
* Independently solicit feedback from subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to refine and enhance proposal drafts.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency through proposal development.
* Build and contribute to a comprehensive content library to streamline future proposal efforts.
* Coordinate necessary materials from stakeholders to assist with client calls.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of relevant professional experience is required
* Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving skills
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex RFP responses from inception to submission, resulting in wins and revenue growth
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling manner
* Fluency with RFP software, preferably with Responsive/RFPio
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $140,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
