Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze wealth screening data to identify and evaluate prospective donors
  • Serve as the donor database subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity and managing Moves Management processes
  • Prepare detailed profiles and strategic briefings on prospects for the development team
  • Map relationships between donors and prospects to build a major gifts pipeline
  • Develop metrics and reports to analyze prospect portfolio performance
  • Process gift entries and maintain accurate donor records in the database
  • Create and distribute revenue reports and reconciliation documents
  • Manage online giving platforms and maintain deposit logs
  • Facilitate donor correspondence, including gift acknowledgments and pledge reminders
  • Use data analytics to identify giving trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Perform routine data audits and updates to ensure accuracy
  • Provide reports for various stakeholders, including leadership and finance department
  • Support the Moves Management program and employee giving initiatives
  • Assist with mailing lists, event support, and maintaining fundraising materials
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in prospect research, development, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates degree with three years of database management and/or prospect research will be considered
  • Previous database management experience, preferably in a philanthropic or nonprofit setting
Additional Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
  • Strong customer service orientation and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in donor database management and wealth screening research tools
  • Experience using Raiser's Edge preferred
  • Excellent data management, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Successful completion of background check required
