Description
Regency Integrated Health Services is the Management Company for over 60 skilled nursing locations in Texas.
Provider Enrollment is the process of healthcare companies applying to health insurance networks to be able to accept different payer sources from residents staying in a skilled nursing facility. Networks can include but are not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance.
The process requires strong attention to detail when filling out an application, a high sense of urgency, and submitting follow-up documentation for each application if requested.
Essential Functions Include:
* Track and organize facility submissions to ensure deadlines are met.
* Format and prepare government and other related report submissions.
* File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
* Provide administrative assistance and support to the Provider Enrollment department
Qualifications
* Highly organized individual with strong customer service and communication skills.
* Computer skills including the knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe pdf or Foxit PhantomPDF
* High School Diploma or GED is required.
