Provider Liaison (Specialty Sales Representative), an energetic, accomplished individual, to join our US Neurology/Epilepsy team for the
Pasadena, CA geography. As a
Provider Liaison, you will promote UCB's neurology products to leading epileptologists, neurologists and Epilepsy Centers located in
Pasadena, Burbank,
Los Angeles, Santa Clarita, Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas. What you'll do - Represent a highly respected company with an unparalleled legacy in epilepsy and neurology.
- Creating, implementing, and regularly updating a comprehensive business plan.
- Reviewing business and sales data to guide your strategy for growth in your area.
- Working independently to motivate business within your accounts and, where appropriate, collaborating with internal UCB partners.
- Developing extensive clinical knowledge of epilepsy and our products.
- Coordinating formulary approval processes at key institutions and hospitals in the territory.
- Assisting patients and offices with access and affordability questions.
Who you'll work with - Conduct sales calls with physicians and care providers throughout the territory to provide appropriate and compliant solutions for patient needs.
- Collaborate with your UCB teammates to maximize UCB's impact within the region.
- Build relationships with key influencers in epilepsy and serve as UCB's primary point of contact with these stakeholders.
Interested? For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech selling experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of specialty selling experience.
- Valid U.S. Driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience selling and marketing products in neurology.
- Documented track record of success.
- Experience in hospital and/or clinical account management.
- Existing relationships with key stakeholders within the territory.
- Demonstrated effective guidance and collaboration skills
This position's anticipated base salary range is 89,840-145,845 per year. The actual salary offered may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity, among other factors.
