DescriptionNashville General Hospital is hiring for a Provider Recruiter for Provider Services as a full time job in Nashville, Tennessee.The Provider Recruiter provides support to the recruitment efforts for Nashville General Hospital. The Specialist's responsibilities require critical and independent thinking skills to support the Provider Recruitment team and ensure organizational success. Essential functions include coordination of administrative functions, including posting jobs, managing external vendors, and organizing interview processes. In addition, the specialist will establish and maintain positive business relationships with external referral sources and serve as a resource to ensure external customer needs are being met. Collects, analyzes, and reports on data related to external referrals and community feedback. The specialist will participate in outreach and community relations activities surrounding the medical staff.Provider Recruiter Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating and posting positions to internet job boards and through other recruiting channels ensuring the positing accurately reflects job description details and hiring manager requests.
- Serves as primary Nashville General Hospital contact for contracted search firm vendors. Manages the recruitment mailbox including clearance and prescreen presentations.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for legal compliance in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Responsible for coordinating in-person and virtual recruitment interviews/opportunities.
- Coordinates interview feedback from hiring managers and candidates to be forwarded to recruitment team.
- Assists with candidate travel logistics and the reimbursement for candidate travel expenses.

- Helps facilitate the on-boarding process for newly credentialed and hired providers.
- Facilitate, as necessary, needed functions as it relates to marketing campaigns and community outreach events.
- Identifies external referral sources and builds positive business relationships.
- Provides education and marketing material to external referral sources.
- Provides feedback related to external referrals and community needs.
- Coordinates external provider relations and business development meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales or healthcare required.
- A minimum of 2 years recruitment & community outreach experience, preferably in healthcare
- 2+ years of provider recruitment in healthcare.
- Must be familiar with physician specialties.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
