The Provider Relations Liaison works to execute on the service line strategy and develop tactics to achieve market share growth and success. This work includes developing strong relationships with physicians, regional hospitals, community members, and internal and external stake holders throughout Northern Arizona in order to ensure NAH's strategic vision and growth goals are achieved. S/he will collaborate with organization's senior leadership and service line administrator to facilitate and coordinate outreach efforts to develop and strengthen relationships. The Community Relations Liaison will serve as a relationship manager for NAH and referring practices/facilities by helping to simplify and enhance the physician/facility's experience with NAH and will work to identify and address improvement opportunities.
Relationship Building/Growth* Facilitates the development of internal and external physician, referring hospital and community relationships.
* Identifies target markets in accordance with organization strategy and follow up on opportunities for collaboration on new services and growth opportunities.
* Conducts face-to-face meetings with physicians, practice managers, outlying hospital leadership to strengthen relationships, understand obstacles and minimize impact.
* Collaborates with the Physician Recruiter and Practice Managers for provider recruitment support, and assists in the on-boarding process for new providers. Communication* Communicates, manages and resolves issues for physicians, referring hospitals, and community partners.
* Manages territory by including education, image, implementing new products and services, communication of opportunities, all through excellent customer service.
* Communicates and follows up on issues and market intelligence with Senior Leadership team for awareness and resolution.
* Produce and distribute collateral, apparel, and other marketing/ branding items
* Oversee accuracy of all digital content, press release items, social media exposure, website updates, program updates, and search engine optimization efforts
* Organize and host live and virtual events. Technical Expertise* Advises and educates physician practices on a variety of topics, including population health management strategies and programs, clinical integration, registry, EMR utilization, incentive programs, care management, office efficiencies, and PathfinderHealth network recruitment, onboarding, continuous training, and termination.
* Develops and implements sales and retention strategies for target markets and service lines.
Compliance/Safety* Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends all safety-related training programs; performs work in a safe manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a safe manner.
* Maintains confidentiality of all department, patient, and billing matters.
* Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time frame.
* Stays current and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that impact the employee's area of responsibility.
EducationBachelor's Degree- Required
