Process provider applications:
- Request additional information by phone or in writing as needed.
- Research and verify information to complete the enrollment application.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Review supporting documents to assess adequacy and make a final recommendation on the application.
- Create enrollment records in the relevant system(s).
- Update system records as necessary.
- Set up Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for provider Medicare payments.
- Research and respond to written inquiries related to provider enrollment or specific applications.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years work experience in a customer service role and/or one year work experience in a position where the applicant has used a computer and Microsoft Office.
