Title: Provider Contracting Representative
Location: California: North & Central; Washington: Seattle; North Carolina: Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh; Michigan: Grand Rapids; Ohio: Cincinnati, Columbus; Massachusetts: Boston

Duties:
- This is a Field & Phone based Recruitment position; candidates will visit dental offices in person when needed. The position includes working at home when not in the field and will start as a phone-based position.
Initial Responsibilities:
- Recruiting providers to join the Client's dental network
- Field Recruitment: Candidates will visit offices in person
- Outbound Calling: Candidates will follow up with visited offices via phone at home
- Visit Prep: Candidates will work from a list of providers in a given area to create a visit plan and prepare materials to distribute to offices
- Build relationships, share network options and perks of joining to gain interest
- Negotiate discounts with dental providers for dental services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Track contacts within computer systems
- The process required paperwork for providers to join the network
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to switch projects based on business needs
Skills:
- Phone Etiquette – Inbound/Outbound calls
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
