Salary Range: $53,000 - $58,000

Position Summary

As the Provider Relationship Manager for Infusion Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with local healthcare providers, increasing patient referrals, and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional infusion services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand patient referrals within the assigned territory.
  • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, referral coordinators, office managers, and nursing staff.
  • Increase new patient encounters by identifying referral sources and attending community events.
  • Provide educational presentations and in-services to healthcare providers to promote Infusion Specialists' services and address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Infusion Specialists' staff and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and a positive patient experience.
  • Serve as a resource and problem-solver for both referring providers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reports using CRM and other management tools.
  • Advocate for patient needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Organize and participate in local events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in healthcare business development, sales, or relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the infusion therapy landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Determined, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.
