About the Role
As the PSM Program Manager, you will be the cornerstone of safety excellence, responsible for:
- Leading and enhancing the site's comprehensive PSM Program.
- Driving cultural transformation, fostering accountability, and embedding safety into every process.
- Hands-on oversight of technical elements such as PHAs, LOPAs, facility siting, management of change, and pre-startup safety reviews.
- Guiding and mentoring a Process Safety Coordinator while collaborating with a dynamic team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: minimum 5+ years in process safety (10+ years preferred) with a robust understanding of OSHA-regulated processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and cultivate a team-oriented culture.
- Industry Background: Expertise in chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas industries, particularly at sizable facilities.
- Location Flexibility: Full-time on-site in El Dorado, AR, with occasional on-call needs for a 24/7 operation.
