DescriptionPosition Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing education to youth/adolescents, adults, and guardians regarding mental health services, systems, medications, and side effects. The LPN will also act as a liaison between the Agency and various organizations (e.g. pharmacies, primary care) within the community. This position functions within the outpatient mental health clinic.
