DescriptionCOMMUNITY PSYCHIATRY AT JANIANJanian Medical Care, P.C., seeks a BE/BC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a full time or part time position.For over 30 years, Janian has been a leader in developing and implementing person-centered, community-based psychiatric care for New Yorkers with lived experience of homelessness. Clinical related activities include engagement visits with clients, review of program related data and meetings with social service staff.) Board Certified or Board Eligible provider in good standing, licensed to practice medicine in New York State, with training in psychiatry. Experience providing public psychiatric care. Committed to servant leadership principles and person-centered care. Proficient in the use of electronic medical records. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Has at least 2 years experience providing care in community settings. Experience supervising clinicians preferred
