Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Adult Outpatient) - Arizona Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to work in an Adult Outpatient Clinic in Kingman Arizona. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed to join the behavioral healthcare team at a private, not-for-profit corporation which operates outpatient behavioral health clinics throughout Arizona. Practitioners will provide general psychiatric services to adults, including psychiatric evaluations, both routine and emergent, provide medications and medication management. Practitioners elicit health, illness, psychosocial and family history. Performs physical exams, order appropriate diagnostic tests, record the history, physical examination, diagnostic tests, and an evaluation of health status based on assessment data. Establishes and records a plan of care.
