Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Community Health - New Hampshire One of the largest providers of behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner. The Detail-oriented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (APRN) will take a lead clinical role in a mental health outpatient setting that employs a team-based approach and evidence-based practices. As such the APRN will work closely with MH clinicians and psychiatrists to ensure our patients mental health is optimized as we strive towards recovery. He or she will be involved with all aspects of care including patient evaluation & diagnosis, medication management, treatment and consultation. Position includes outplacement assignments with community partners to provide bio-psycho social evaluation, diagnosis and therapeutic interventions while working with multi-dimensional teams.
