Job DescriptionBronx, NY - PMHNP - ACT - F/T - $150K + Benefits
- Bronx NY - Assertive Community Treatment- Ages 18+
- 35 hour work week (M-F) over 5 days
- Community ACT mix of civil mandate or patients unable to maintain self-care
- ACT caseload of 68 patients maximum - see each patient 1 X/month
- Patients live in the Bronx - agency car or metro card transportation available
- 5 day work wk (7 hour days) - 90 Min Evals + 30 Min Med Mgmt.
- Join large team of providers - 9 PMHNP + 4 Psychiatrists
- $150K + benefits
