Job DescriptionHiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a well-respected community-based healthcare center with branches throughout New York City. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will join a team dedicated to providing quality, culturally-competent and comprehensive community-based primary care, mental health and social services for diverse populations in underserved communities throughout New York City. Responsibilities: Report to the Medical Director Providing evidence-based Mental Health Care to our patients in an outpatient setting and Telehealth setting with multiple sites. Be an integral part of a collaborative care team which includes nursing staff and other services such as Health Education, Nutrition, Social Work and Behavioral Health.
