This care includes history taking, physical exams, diagnoses, prescribing of medications, treatment plans and the appropriate use of ancillary services.BASIC KNOWLEDGEA Registered Nurse with endorsement as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with prescriptive authority from the Vermont Board of Nursing. The Nurse Practitioner should be licensed by the Drug Enforcement Administration.EXPERIENCEThree to five years' experience in direct patient care required.
