Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, with the recruitment of a board-certified psychiatrist for their Director of Adult Outpatient Services position. Must have 3+ years of post-training experience, preferably in leadership roles.

Opportunity Highlights

• Oversee the largest outpatient adult psychiatry division in Brooklyn
• Monday-Friday schedule with protected leadership/administrative time
• Interest in medical educationand in new clinical program development
• Program has 36 psychiatry residents; teach and supervise residents and medical students
• Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits Package

• Offering a salary of $300,000-$330,000, depending on fellowship and certification(s)
• Complete benefits package includes health insurance, 5 CME days and a $3k allowance, 4 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, 12 paid sick days, a 403b retirement plan, and more.
• Opportunities to earn supplemental income from voluntary night or weekend coverage
