Your Role:
+ Provide one-on-one ABA support to children, using proven methods to help them gain independence and positive behaviors.
+ Work as part of our clinical team to follow and implement care plans and skills training.
+ Keep accurate records of sessions using electronic devices.
+ Create a supportive learning environment and build connections with families.
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ A strong desire to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
+ Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Things to Know:
+ Work takes place in clients' homes or community locations.
+ All positions start part-time.
+ You must complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
+ A minimum 6-month commitment is required to make a real impact.
