Axis for Autism is seeking full time psychometrists at multiple locations to support us in providing timely Autism evaluations across Arizona and reducing the disparity of service. There is a potential sign-on bonus for applicants that have proven ADOS experience.

Your Role at Axis for Autism:

The psychometrist performs a variety of clinical and support roles under the direction of a licensed psychologist. The position requires interaction with children, adults, their families and caregivers and the administration and scoring of standardized testing for the purpose of assisting in diagnosis of Autism. We provide a rigorous and supervised training program for this position.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral sciences, or similar field required
• At least two years of experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Experience working with kids a plus
• Knowledge and/or experience with implementing behavioral assessments, specifically ADOS-2 is preferred.
• Strong observational skills and ability to record and convey those observations systematically and reliably through writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Adept at multitasking
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly desired
